UX Strategy
I own the UX strategy and experience direction for the core Personal Investor brokerage platform, shaping priorities and execution across 10+ scrum teams in partnership with product, engineering, research, and content leaders.
To keep multi-team work aligned to the roadmap and measurable client outcomes, I run product discovery and delivery operating rhythms with Senior Product Managers—spanning intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and governance.
Modernization
When I joined Vanguard, the Personal Investor business set out to modernization the full-stack web experience. I directed the modernization of the authenticated experience into responsive, accessible, brand-consistent journeys.
I accelerated the adoption of the Constellation design system and establishing governance for reusable patterns. My team was the first to full convert our experience using the design system.
AppShell & Beyond
Most recently, I am leading the largest client-platform redesigg as a wave two of Vanguard's modernization efforts. I defined what has become know as the AppShell. It is an approach to enable consistent, modular experiences and partnering with technology teams to align architecture and implementation to design intent.
